I always say this at work because in a world of late-stage capitalism, people’s hard work too often goes unnoticed. Seeing the effects of this on my team, I started to joke about this but it became something that people love, cause people love encouragement! It’s also a reminder to myself that I’m also doing a good job, and doing a lot. It’s a nice little sign to see as you leave for the day.
